Shared files reformat complete

If you click on the swan below on the right it will load into the board.
For a couple weeks the format for shared files has been undergoing a change. Now to make that panel a little more user friendly. Be expecting to see a change in the shared files. I think I will change how the panel is accessed. Now it is not too obvious to find. Mainly because the system was incomplete. I may make it a drop down from the file menu.
