This was quite a bit of work! However I did break my grouping tool while fixing the Cookie Cutter tool :(. I have that fixed today!
The cookie cutter should function very well. Even in tiles, and with the plotter. I haven't tried inner tiles yet above 1 level. I checked file saving with it and file opening.
I have not checked using a tile to cut another tile. So if you make a quilt block and then try to cut it with another tile shape as the cutter I don't know the outcome.
But I need to get that group tool working again before I check that.
