New Request Panel

This was definitely and improvement. Spent a few hours fixing the request panel within a scrollpane. Also found and fixed a small glitch which threw some invalid data. Also, I played around in the admin panel today. I saw a small error there where the shipping panel did not load on the first click. Guess I'll be looking at that one soon. Second time round it loads fine. I think my processor is begging for a break. I don't know why!
